We deliver within 50 miles of Lebanon, Ohio 45036. There is a $3 per mile fee after 25 miles. Please inquire if you're unsure if we serve your area.
We accept cash, check, credit card, and Venmo.
Visit our "Book A Party" tab located at the top or bottom of this webpage. Fill out the form and click submit. We will reach out to you within 48 hours to discuss your event. A deposit and signed contract must be received in order to secure your date.
When you sign the contract for your party, we require a $100 deposit to secure your date. The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is applied to the total due and the remainder is due 48 hours before your party date. Failure to pay 48 hours prior to your party will result in cancellation of your party.
We do not accept cancellations. As parents of small children, we understand that last minute circumstances will arise. We can reschedule your party should you have an emergency.
We ask that all furniture and personal items be moved prior to arrival so the space is clear to set up. Please vacuum any carpeted areas. If you have a hard surface floor such as tile, hardwood, or laminate, please sweep and mop the area to ensure all debris is off the floor.
Please ask each camper to bring their own sleeping pillow. Each tent comes with a throw blanket and throw pillows. To ensure that your campers are most comfortable, you can also ask them to bring their own blanket as well.
For 1-5 campers, set up will take roughly 2 hours. Any parties for 6 campers or larger please plan for 3 hours. We're still working on our speed! We appreciate your patience.
Most items provided are rented and returned to us at pickup, except for the included eye mask.
Each tent area is approximately 4 feet wide and 6.5 feet long (twin size mattresses). We will place tents to allow for walkways and entrances to the tent area to the best of our ability. Please measure your space to ensure that your number of campers will fit.
We will plan to arrive by 10am the day following your party for pickup unless otherwise specified.
Yes, we do need access to an outlet to blow up the mattresses. Once the mattresses are ready, we will not need continuous power throughout the reservation for our décor. All our lights and décor are battery operated.
Please have each camper remove their personal belongings prior to our arrival for pickup. We ask that you do not remove any lights or décor, or deflate the mattresses. This way we can assess our inventory and note the condition of the items. Pickup of the items will take between 30-60 minutes.
The client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during their reservation. Any lost, stolen, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the client at full replacement value. Any damage other than normal wear and tear of property belonging to Smalltown Slumber Parties LLC will result in a charge if deemed necessary by owner. To avoid damages to our equipment, please try to avoid: food and drink inside and around tents, sharp objects that could puncture the air mattresses or rip/cut our equipment, do not allow the children to jump on the air mattresses, do not allow the children to sit or stand on the tray tables. To keep future campers safe from potential allergens, pets and smoking are not allowed in and around the tents and equipment. Please do not have food or drink, slime, nail polish, paint, markers, or make-up in the sleepover area.
