Hi, I’m Sarah Nimersheim, proud mother of four amazing daughters with a creative flare and the owner of Smalltown Tents & Events! As a mom , I know firsthand how stressful party planning can be—but I also know how magical a well-planned celebration can feel. That’s why I’m here, to use my God-given talents and creativity to turn your ideas into a Pinterest-worthy experience, stress-free and full of joy.
From whimsical teepee sleepovers and kids’ parties to elegant wedding custom childrens areas , ladies nights to spa days or pool parties, I handle everything from planning and delivery to setup and cleanup—so you can focus on making memories.
At Smalltown Tents & Events, I’m passionate about turning ordinary moments into extraordinary memories—and creating celebrations that make a difference in our community.
Giving back is also an important part of what I feel called to do and part of my heart. Because of this, with every booking, Smalltown Tents & Events makes a blanket donation to a ministry supporting those experiencing homelessness -" The Warmth Initiative".
